Is there a free trial with no credit card?
Yes. You can create an account and start monitoring domains without providing payment information. The free plan gives you access to the full monitoring stack - WHOIS, DNS, SSL, email authentication and subdomain analysis - on a limited domain set so you can validate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
What exactly counts as a "monitored domain"?
Each domain you add to your account counts as one monitored domain. For that domain, every scan cycle collects WHOIS, DNS, SSL and email-authentication data, performs subdomain enumeration and DNS analysis on discovered subdomains, computes a weighted Global Security Score across three major axes (Exploitable Risk, Hardening Gaps, Governance), and compares the result against the previous snapshot for change detection. One domain entry covers the full intelligence pipeline.
How does scan frequency work?
Scan frequency determines how often your domains are automatically re-scanned. Daily scans run once every 24 hours; weekly scans run once every 7 days. You can also trigger a manual refresh at any time, subject to the monthly allowance on your plan. Higher-tier plans include priority queue processing so your scans are processed before standard-tier jobs during peak demand.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade and your active domain count exceeds the new plan limit, you will be prompted to reduce your portfolio before the change is applied.
What happens if I reach my domain limit?
You will not be charged automatically or have domains silently dropped. When you reach the domain limit for your plan, adding new domains will prompt you to upgrade to a higher tier. Existing monitored domains continue to scan normally until you take action.
Is there a plan for agencies managing multiple clients?
Yes. The Agency plan is designed for MSSPs and security consultants who monitor domain portfolios across multiple client accounts. It includes a higher domain ceiling, priority queue processing, expanded webhook endpoints and unlimited PDF reports. Contact us to discuss volume requirements or custom configurations.
